På morgonen ringde Carina och sa ”Måste bara ringa dig! Vet du va!? När jag skulle spreja på mig cocosoljan så kom det inget när jag tryckte???? Sen såg jag att innehållet i flaskan var helt vitt.”
Alltså hade det varit så ”kallt” att cocosoljan hade stelnat. Den stelnar typ vid 24 grader. När vi sen tittade på våra flaskor med cocosolja, så ser vi att det är vita klumpar i våra flaskor, men de hade inte stelnat helt i alla fall. Men det var inte lätt att spreja den idag 🙂
Så när cocosoljan stelnat………då vet man att det är kallt i Thailand 🙂 Det visste vi ändå i o f, då vi vaknat under natten och frös, fastän vi hade alla dörrar stängda. 24-25 grader i Thailand är inte detsamma som 24-25 grader i Sverige. Här fryser man då, det gör man inte i Sverige.
Vi gick ner till stranden efter frukost och lite annat fix där hemma. Väl nere på stranden satte vi oss i solen. Vi som aldrig annars sitter i solen. Men det behövdes idag kan vi lova!!! Vi fällde inte upp parasollerna vid bordet utan blev sittandes i solen, och lite skuggan från träden under hela dagen, bara för att värma upp oss.
Olle kom också ner till oss en sväng idag, och även våra strandhundar anslöt som vanligt. Ännu ett tecken på att det inte är så varmt, är att hundarna lägger sig i solen, och flämtar inte efter att få vatten av oss 😀 Lite bad blev det även denna dag, även om vattnet börjar bli svalare än vanligt. Lugnt och klart vatten är det i alla fall!

Stefan och Olle värmer sig i solen. Som tur är ligger stranden lågt i lä, och de kalla vindarna bakifrån bergen når oss inte där nere.

Senare under eftermiddagen gick vi upp till oss för att duscha av oss sand och havssalt. När Siv kom ur duschen upptäcktes det att hon bränt ena benet, sittandes i solen idag. Det syntes väldigt markant var linjerna för skuggan från strandstolen täckt låret 😀 Ja, ja……..då kan det gå när man sitter i solen för att värma sig!
Efter duschen moppade vi iväg utefter strandgatan och nästan upp till Sukhumwit (typ E6an), för att köpa grillad kyckling. Så den kvällen blev det supergod grillad kyckling med två olika starka dippsåser till middag på vår balkong tillsammans med Carina.
