Efter att Siv jobbat en stund på morgonen (vilket händer lite för ofta denna semester), så gick vi ner på stranden. Strandtiken nosade som vanligt upp oss där nere. Det har börjat komma lite större vågor in mot stranden nu när vinden har vänt, och kommer från havets håll istället. Det innebär också att sand rörs upp av vågorna och vattnet inte blir lika klart och fint som vanligt. Men varmt och skönt är det fortfarande 🙂 Olle och hans hund Nisse, kom ner till stranden en sväng. Det gillar inte vår strandtik, men hon accepterar det under protest.
Måndagar och torsdagar är det marknadsdag inne i Ban Phe. Vi har inte varit in på den sen vi kom ner den här gången. Nu har det kommit in lite moln, så då passar vi på att ta en tur till marknaden, och hoppas att det inte blir så varmt att gå där inne. Mycket folk och trafik var det som vanligt när det är marknadsdag. Lycka uppstår då vi upptäcker Kycklingkebabvagnen där inne då vi ska parkera.
Så det första vi gör är att köpa oss en varsin liten kycklingkebab med blandad chili- och vitlökssås. Så himla god den är! Vi knallade runt och tittade bland marknadsstånden, innan vi letade oss tillbaka till där vi parkerat moppen. När vi såg kebabvagnen igen kunde vi inte låta bli att köpa oss en till liten kebabrulle 🙂

Köer till marknaden och redan fullt på parkeringen, fastän vi var där tidigt på eftermiddagen.
Förutom massor av mat, krimskrams, kläder etc etc, har de även fina sötsaker på marknaden.
